We all lead such busy lives these days and often the first thing to be dropped from our day is our time for ourselves! This is ironic when our health and fitness levels are what allows us to be more productive, balanced, focused and driven to be the best we can be! If we don’t maintain our bodies like we maintain our vehicles, they break down. We essentially become rusty vehicles that slow down and don’t work to the potential we are able to.
Scheduling time for physical fitness in your day is a MUST for your physical and mental well-being. Our bodies are machines that are meant to move, in fact, BUILT to move and not sit at a computer all day long. Get up throughout the day…change your coffee break to a walk or take the stairs a few flights. If your goal is weight loss, these are small changes to add calorie burning into your day that will really add up to loss of pounds over time!
