Spring has sprung!

It definitely lifts the spirits when we wake up to bright blue sky and the sound of birds chirping!  The cold dark days of winter are behind us and we are all beginning to emerge from in front of the television sets into the great outdoors.

There are many opportunities at this time of year to get active simply by parking your car further from your destination, walking on your lunch hour, perhaps running or cycling to and from work or simply playing a sport outside with your children or friends at a local park in the evenings or on the weekend.

So get out there, get moving, and enjoy the next few months of beautiful sunshine!  It will do wonders for your spirits!
