Summertime and the eating is fine!
I always find summer to be a time of too much eating and drinking~ good times on patios, backyard BBQ’s and get togethers with family and friends! It’s ironic that the season we bare the most skin in is when we are likely to pack on the pounds!
Fall brings us back to routines…perhaps kids are returning to school, our job gets busier, vacationing is behind us and we are motivated to get back to a better exercise routine! This Fall take the time to schedule some time to take care of your health…schedule time to get into a solid routine of eating healthy and exercising regularly. It will make the transition back so much easier and your body will be grateful
